GILGIT: Six people died after landslide struck in the district Diamer on Wednesday.
According to reports, seven people came under landslide while they were clearing debris left by previous landslide that blocked road in the village Fugage.
Six people died instantly while one was shifted to hospital in Gilgit.
Local people recovered four bodies of the deceased. Later, a rescue team led by Darel Assistant Commissioner Mohammad Tariq arrived at the village to clear the debris and recover remaining bodies.
