World Bank (WB) has approved loan amounting to 442 million dollars for Pakistan. This amount will be spent on projects for improvement in water supply and sewerage system in Punjab. Water supply and sewerage projects will be completed in over 16 districts of Punjab against this loan. The facility of clean drinking water will become available to 6 millions people in rural districts due to these projects.
